Outsurance is quite to take your monthly premium

The lightning struck a tree within ten meters from my house melted the neighbour gate to the rail there was damage to a house two houses away. My alarm system was struck with computers, broken windows and the fans in the bathrooms were hit out of the ceiling cracking the rinolite of the ceiling.
Outsurance has a panel of contractors on there system which are ask to provide a lover rate for work provided by outsurance
Our full alarm system was working before the lighting, outsurance promise to put me back in the position I was yet when it comes to the replacing the alarm system they quick to blame security company's for bad workmanship yet they cannot email us the proof in the contract that they do not cover cabling or that there is a standard for electronic equipment. The lightning happened on the 13 the April 9pm we started the claim process the 15thApril 2013 and still waiting for the alarm system to be fix. We are out of an alarm system for a month. We submitted a quite from our security company which is less than outsurance contractor, outsurance did not except the quite now they are trying to get us to pay for cabling yet the alarm system board is melted.
