The C-Track unit in my car has been draining my the battery of my car over the years. I have replaced my battery several times, this week was the final straw and again I phoned them on 15.04 to have them cancel my contract, come and remove the device from my vehicle and replace/reimburse me for a new battery. It's now two days I am without a car and still am waiting for any actions from C-Track. All I'm getting is emails and phone calls they will get back to me but nothing. I want actions, I cant afford to be without a vehicle for 3 days and I cant afford to go and buy a new battery only for it to be drained again.
I want a response! I want my contract cancelled. I want the unit removed and I want a new car battery! Stop passing the buck and start resolving this!
