HUM00093 COMPLAINT

We were robbed on the 05th July 2013. I received a call from the ADT control room advising me of a alarm activation at 17:44. I requested that a car be sent to the property and that I was on my way.

Upon arriving at the house we (may wife and two children were with me) noticed that the property had indeed been broken into as the driveway gate was wide open and the door to the kids play room was open as well. Our first reaction was to push the panic button on our remote this was at 17:55 my wife then phoned at 17:56 to get a vehicle to the house, I phoned through to the ADT control room at 17:58 begging for a response vehicle to be sent ASAP, at that point was advised that a vehicle had been dispatch. My wife then phoned the Linden Sector police at 18:01 for assistance and again called the ADT control room at 18:02.
I pushed our panic button again and called the control room again at 18:06 and was told that a car was on the way and the police had been notified. ADT eventuaeventually arrived at 18:10 with the sector police about 4-5 min after them.

I'm still waiting for feed back from ADT after my enquiry on the 08th July 2013 .
