I have been battling since yesterday to get my C Track device activated. It seems as if C Track does not know how to fix it.
I tried calling their contact centre at (011) 472 6400 this morning again - to be answered by a robot telling me my call is important to them - only to be cut off before a real person answers the call.
Based on he above: How wise and safe is it to have a C Track device in your car?
