Last month I requested that I be sent a invoice or statement via email. I was told this is not possible if on direct debit. Which is a load of and against the law. I then requested that as I am out of contract that my direct debit be cancelled and my I would pay the account direct. These where VERY clear instructions. Clearly one your staff cannot process. So please follow my instructions otherwise I will take legal action!!
