I recently purchased a car from my niece. When I put the tracking unit in my name, I asked them to test it. The call centre said they will call me in 30 minutes. When they eventually called me, the lady told me she can see my car was close to "Star Tree". When I asked where that was, she said she didn't know. I asked her what the address was of my car and she said she couldn't tell me where my car was as my unit needed to be upgraded. I find it pathetic that nobody had ever let my niece know that there is something wrong with the unit or that they can't track the car.
