What's the point of having a tracking system if the tracking company can't track your vehicle? Last year October I received a phone call from C-track to install a newer upgraded version of my tracking unit into my vehicle. Since then I have had nothing but problems with the unit.
The Previous season's tax year was a nightmare trying to get the old tracking reports from the old unit and getting the reports from the new unit to correspond. This year's tax was even Worse. According to my tracking reports my vehicle was tracked at my house only. So this means I traveled 170km in my own yard? 16000km was missing on my reports
When I now installed the unit into my new vehicle I asked for the previous tracking reports to be saved and that I am now starting to track my new vehicle. I was told there were no reports for this year. The only reason I chose C-track was for the trip reports for tax purposes. How am I going to complete next years tax with no reports? If something happened how is C-track going to track my car? the debit order is still running monthly. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I want this unit removed and my contract stopped.
