Unable to fix the alarm ADT installed within a reasonable timeframe. It took over 3 weeks of continuous phoning and visits in an attempt to fix the problem. Problem is still not fully resolved, but is at least manageable.
Was then charged a call out fee (as a 1st time client) for their incompetence as well as hidden admin charges for which there is no mention on the service agreement.
Don't bother leaving a call-back on their customer call centre service. They don't phone you back and you hold on for over 10 mins or longer to get through to a call centre agent. You then have to wait (at least another 10 mins) while the call centre agent transfers you to the correct person - despite selecting the right option on the phone. If it is an account query - you will get transferred yet again to a credit controller - you are lucky if this call actually goes through!!
All in all a pain in the rear end to deal with ADT as you spend your life doing their admin job and following up on items they were meant to action.
