Bad service

My name is Oniccah Peega from protea glen. I tried reaching Vimba security over the weekend for assistance and there was no response, the phones rang unanswered hence I want to cancel my services with them.this is not the first time this happens to me, there's no service at all, it's pointless paying for the service with no service at all. I've sent an email to them, still no response. I want Vimba to cancel my services and not try debuting my account as it is I do not even have an alarm in my house, they disconnected it when my house was being renovated and yet I still paid every month. I'm very unhappy and mad a their service and yet I pay every month for no service.
