ADT INCOMPETENT SERVICE LEVELS

ADT changed banking without informing me and it has taken close on a year to get credits sorted out, when finally sorted out after hours on the phone I am back in the same position with no statements been received, an alarm not functioning properly and a call centre that has dropped 4 calls in the last hour... do not even consider using them, they are completely disfunctional
