Complain in the service received from ADT/Blue Crain
We were charged an amount of R600 for the roof sensor, but they used the old one that was already in the roof and did not install the one we paid for. On 2012-04-19 we paid a deposit of the amount of R710 to receive the remote controls to deactivate the alarm before we access the house. Up till today we have not received these remotes after numerous calls and to numerous people who promise to get this sorted and phone us back, this is also not happening. We have all the dates and name we spoke to the last year to sort this out but nobody is getting back to us. We want all our money paid back to us and ADT can come and take out the alarm system, because we do not want to use ADT service anymore and would rather go to another security company who would be more professional in the service they provide to their customers. We do not want any more promises that ADT will get this sorted out. We will not recommend any body to make use of ADT service.
