Failure to cancel

I see this in not the 1st complaint about ADT neglecting to cancel the debit order after cancellation of the service. This is is abuse of the collection rules, maybe we must all lodge complaints with the Reserve Bank and PASA. Now try to find ADT on the phone or by email to have it rectified. Impossible. I see one mr Strydom is the big boss, I dare him to respond in person. As chief cook and bottle washer he is responsible for these failures and he is the one that should deal with this in person. Maybe we must approach ADT's major shareholder, to my knowledge a bank, one which I have too much respect for to name here without Strydom having the chance to sort his mess out.
