There are no words to express our total frustration and utter disappointment.
we took ADT to keep us safe however ADT couldnt be botheres about the inefficient broken system. It is now 3 weeks since we had a burglary due to their system not working. I've sent 7 e-mails, been in contact with them and nothing, not even a peep (not a care in the world)
They must replace all our losses.
We will take this further to Danna Strydom and higher if we are forced to.
