Bad treatment by branch manage

I decided to renew my mobile contract with 8ta beginning of August. They recommend that I take the Z10 that I did just to find out that it did not fullfill my need. I took it back 2 days after signing contract and was advice they will cancel contract and gave me a new phone. It will take two days. 7 Weeks down the line and nothing happened. I lodge a complaint with there complaints desk that said I must go back to the branch that I did. I was treated like there. I dealt with one of the sales people then was helpful. She then went to the back to sort with the branch manager Helen Mabali. The person said she is not going to do it and let me wait for 30 min. When I went to back office she shout at me to get out of here and that she will call security. She shouted in front of all customers that she will not talk to me. This is unacceptable behaviour. I do not want to deal with this company and want contract cancel with immediate effect
