HOW MANY OTHERS WILL BE???

I was called by the Ignition group (Umhlanga) 3rd party of Netstar in March who advised me they were having a promotion on there tracking units for R125pm. I had agreed to have 2 of my vehicles fitted. I had the tracker fitted on to 1 of my vehicles on the 05/04/13 by a technition from the Vision Securicentre (Mt Edgecombe)
I was advised I could have it tested 24hrs later by the technition. Upon calling Netstar on the 06/04 I was told they had no records of me having an account with them.
On the 08/04 I had called back only to be told they have managed to pick up my account but are NOT ABLE TO TRACK MY VEHICLE!

So I requested they have the unit removed only to be informed of a deinstallation fee of R350 as well as a cancellation fee which the agent from Netstar could not divulge. I was NOT INFORMED of these fees by the call centre agent from Ignition Group
Later that day I received a call from Jerusha of Ignition (who claimed to be calling from Netstar) and asked when I would be fitting the other vehicle, I informed her of what happened and cancelled the application for the other vehicle. I was informed I would be contacted later that afternoon. I have not recieved feedback since.
