I sent through my written request to cancel your services on the 29'th of May 2013 to [Email Removed] Contractually I have to provide 30 days for the cancellation which I did but the debit order was still put through at the end of June. I have tried contacting your call centre to have this issue resolved but I am always told that the person who can help me is either not in or their line is busy etc.
I have your alarm system here in my business ready for you to collect. Please cancel the debit order from your side or I will go and reverse it!
