About two years back I bought vehicles on various GoIndustry online auctions. For these vehicles I haven't received the registration papers. The person responsible for this, Johan Strydom keep making empty promises regarding this. On one of their auctions there was a Nissan bakkie, I phoned their offices to confirm that the vehicle got registration papers. GoIndustry's Herman Liversage confirmed that the vehicle's papers was in order. When I went to collect the vehicle in Bloemfontein, the papers was not in order. I phoned Herman and he said that I would be refunded. After I got home I was told that I would not be refunded and that I had to take the vehicle. So I had to travel the 650 km again two month later after the papers was sorted. The latest incident was with the BHP billiton sale 10 that closed 17 April 2013. I collected the vehicle and other lots bougt, on the 19 April. I had to call Johan Strydom for the papers. Johan strydom said he's got the papers with him, so I arranged for him to deliver it to a family member in Pretoria. He doesn't do it. GoIndustry doesn't refund my deposit for this auction as well. After I sent a email to John Taylor regarding this matter.
