BAD SERVICE - GETTING ORDER WRONG NUMEROUS TIMES

We ordered 3 gates in mid February consisiting of 2 retractable slamlock gates and one swing gate (for the scullery door).

The 2 retractable slamlock gates were installed on the 2nd March (After originally schedule for 1 March), and the swing gate was not correct and the gate was sent back. The swing gate was apparently re-ordered a week later and then when returned from the factory, it was wrong again.

We have been dealing with Diane McKenna from the Cape Town branch with regards to this matter. She informed my husband that the gate will be installed on Tuesday 26th March. She then called him again and said the gate was wrong and they will install the original gate (where the lock was incorrect) as a security measure so long in our house, and that the correct gate, will only arrive on the 4th April.

After numerous e-mails and phone calls, the branch manager of Cape Town then phoned my husband and promised that the correct gate will be installed on Saturday, 30 March... WE ARE STILL WAITING!!!

THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND WE WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN MAKE USE OR RECOMMEND MAXIDOR TO ANYONE!!!
