I ordered and pre-paid for a security gate on the 25th April 2013. I was told there is a 10 - 12 day waiting period as the gate had to be specially made.

I had 2 different technicians come out to my premises to install the gate on 2 different occassions, both times with incorrect materials for the installation. Each tehnician said they were given the material they brought with and it will not work to install the gate, so they have to reorder parts and make another booking. These bookings are at least 3 - 4 days apart.

I find this totally unacceptable. I am sure a reputable company like Maxidor can ensure customer satisfaction is on your priority list. Each time a rebooking is made it seems I get put to the back of the queue and get a booking down the line.

I hope in all of this maxidor will compensate me for my time and numerous calls I have to make to follow up on this issue.

In our family we have installed Maxidor in multiple premises, most doing full houses with opening doors and windows being secured. As a returning customer I am quite dissapointed with this order.

I have a new booking for 16 May 2013, let's hope you can get it right this time.
