I needed a gate and cameras installed at my premises only to be left with the poorest service and very delayed response to problems. I had the gate and cameras installed months ago and I am still fighting with them to fix a camera that has fallen down and the broken intercom that was poorly installed. It is still not working after my 5th phone call to there offices. Not only do they claim it has been done, I got bad attitudes when I brought up there bad business practice. I got screamed off the phone and told they did there job. How knows how long I will need to wait this time. Its been over 3 weeks since my last call and still no repairs have been made. It took around a month to get the gate and cameras installed and its only a single swing arm gate. I payed for the cameras to get linked to my phone that cost R1500 and I still cannot veiw anything as there autherisation took months
