I have a contract with tracker, and i was suprised two weeks ago to receive a call from Norton's attorneys stating that they have been assigned by tracker i owe R399.00 which i was not aware of and i didn't receive any communique from tracker regarding any debit order rejection or insufficient.
What annoyed me is that i have a contract with them they never indicated anything to me, they just handed over my account to debt collectors without sending anything or communicating with me. it was unfair for tracker to submit my account without informing that they didn't receive a subscription fee which i was not aware of. it will be proper if i could get a response from tracker regarding this matter.
