Some time beginning of the year my alarm make funny noise when it ring, I tested it by arming it and let it ring so that the call centre can call me. They did call me and I reported the matter they said I have to call their office so that the Technical side can come, I didnt have a chance to make a call, on Tuesday 26/03/2013 I went to ADT offices in Vincent EL and reported my problem, the lady on the front desk said that at call centre they just write on the computer the complaint and they have no time to check the messages on the computer as they have lots of customers thats and they are going to send technician to my house. I was so shocked by the response because they deduct my money every month and up to date they didnt come and my alarm is not arming.
