To whom it may concern,

I have an ADT alarm system installed in my house and i live in a complex.
Today at 11:36am my husband called to inform me that ADT contacted him as the alarm in my house went off. He then said i should open the gate for them.
At 12:11pm I got a call from our intercom service and i opened the gate for them.
It is now 14:24pm and we have not received any feedback from the call centre to inform us of what is happening in my house. My husband has now decide to leave work and go check what is happening.
I need someone from ADT to call me and explain why we pay armed response when my husband has to act as a security for our home.
I am sick and tired of this company as this is not the first time we not getting proper service. Its not the first time my husband has to go himself and check after we do not recieve any feedback from anyone.
The fisrt time they sent out a car to go check after the alarm went off, the security and said there is nothing wrong. he didnt even call to ask for the gate to be opened and he said he could see my house from the main gate and that is not the truth as my house is very far back in the complex. i need a way forward.
