I have had a billing query with Adt for the last 2 months
Adt have billed me for call outs which have not happened.
They cannot prove this after 2 months
I have emailed Dorothy Mann and Vusi Ngwenya and [Email Removed] and have not received any resolution to my query.
I have called their call centre on numerous occasions and have been put on hold for at least 5 minutes at a time.
These people refuse to take my calls or respond to my emails.
I have also asked the call centre for their superiors email addresses which have not been supplied.
