Adt Security
No response at all

My alarm went off on Saturday and i got a call from ADT and i informed them to go and check and they didnt go. I asked my neighbour to check when the security comes and they didnt. I drives me mad is that this is not the first time they dont act on the alarm that went off.
I am sick and tired of this behaviour that they are displaying, i am paying for this service and i should not beg for your service, it looks like you are failing on your contractual obligations and im willing to let you go and i will find onother Security Company.
I am so tempted to believe that the Security Officer colludes with the people from the call centre not to attend to certain matter like mine.
