Lastnight at 20:22 the alarm went off, at 20:26 i got the initial phone call (which i feel should have been sooner), then at 21:50 i heard ADT at the gate responding to the activation that happend at 20:22, it then preceeded with a phone call from ADT stating they giving me feedback and apologising for the feedback being so late (as the ADT had just left) i confronted her and said that it is ridiculous that they pitch up 1 hour and 30 mins late she said to me that they had back log!! i mean that is not my problem.by that time i could be dead and they would have taken eberything i own!
This is really starting to irritate me, i dont know how many times i have complained!
i think this is my last straw i am cancelling today!!
I am not going to pay for a service that i am not getting!
