Blue Security's service is of non-existence. In January of this year our house was broken into, when I got home I was told by Blue Security that they were here in 5 minutes after alarm activation, who was I to question? Well now I do!!! In September I had an alarm activation, they phoned at 12:30pm to advise that the alarm had been set off and that they would send someone out, I got home at 1:15pm thinking they had already been to investigate and due to no follow up call all was in order. This was not the case, nobody had even been to the house. I could have walked into a horrible situation. When at 1:20pm the response arrived I advised he was almost an hour late he told me if I wasn't happy I must speak to the call centre. October the same thing happened, and then again today. When you phone you are told that they will investigate and come back to you, only never to get a response. Further to this today I phoned from the premises half an hour after the alarm was activated only to be told that the guy was on the premises and all was in order, which was not the case as I was on the premises and there certainly wasn't a Blue Security officer in site. He arrived at 16:10pm.
