Roc Security, subcontracted by Chubb who installed our alarm, put in faulty equipment THREE times, don't show up or show up late. I have complained to Chubb before that the alarm isn't working and they don't show up/late and nothing has been done. After confirming with Toni from Roc Security that his team will be at my house by 17:00 on Tuesday (10 December 2013), we waited for them. At 17:15 I gave Toni a call to ask him where his team was, as they were late AGAIN, and as per his previous statement his guys apparently always phones if they will be late, which they didn't AGAIN.He then told me that he will send someone else and they will be there in the next hour. This means if it is 17:15, they will be there 18:15.At 18:41 I phoned Toni to ask him where his team is. He didn't answer. I then phoned 6 more times, with no answer. He then phoned me back later. The technician finally showed up at 19:35. This is 2 HOURS and 35 minutes late. I do have video footage as evidence of this, if it is required. We then tested, and it apparently worked. When our alarm went off on Sun 12 Jan 2014, we again didn't receive a call from Chubb, as the alarm had no signal AGAIN! Roc security is useless!
