I have been reporting incidents of late response with ADT Roodepoort branch since 2012 and despite being promised an investigation to the matter nothing has been done so far. At times the officers dispatched failed to inspect the yard for reasons that the gate was slippery as it was raining. On the 31/05/2013 the officer dispatched only showed up after approximately 30 minutes of alarm activation. What is worse is that on the 02/06/2013 at approximately 1AM I had two alarm activations at my premises. However no security was dispatched to investigate both activations. I was left exposed to criminals who have broken into my premises 4 times since with ADT. Of all the cases none was thoroughly investigated by ADT. I have also been sending queries (some via email) regarding the state of my alarm system which their technicians tempered with. I am also waiting for ADT to fix my precast wall which was broken by one of the officers when he was climbing out of the yard during the activation. I hardly see a patrol car in my area and yet premiums are increased due to petrol hikes. I need answers as I'm tired of calling/emailing ADT. I'm seeking legal advise for breach of contract against ADT.
