Had alarm activate in motor vehicle at 6h00 this morning 20/03/2013. received a call from call centre only at 9h20.when questioned about delay comes up as an i.t. problem.. this has occurred twice in 6weeks..when questioning this call centre operator he says he has no answers and i need to get off the line becos i am preventing him from being helpful to an subscriber. asked to speaker to director harry louw who always in a meeting never returns calls.spoke to his pa carol has return call.she mention made be there is problem with my unit.if there was a problem how did they receive a signal.she does not how a system works she should refrain from making comments. we now have wriiten to mutual and federal who insists that these unit must be install in vehicle to either have these units removed and replaced with a system that has a quick response.so people our there think twice about using altech netstar.only advantage of netstar if vehicle is recovered it comes back to you instead of going to the police pound like other tracking companies.but who cares about that people lifes are more important vehicle advantages.
