Pathetic service

Installed units in 3 of my vehicles, vehicle is in Durban tracking device shows it's in polokane.the other vechicle is in joburg device shows in Durban.sick of complaining to netstar and e mailing management and staff who do not know what to do who keep on passing the buck.they say they sending technicians to remove and fit a new unit but when technicians arrive they come to check unit and go, unit still shows that vehicle is in polokane
