I was contacted by Netstar to offer an improved device from my current one in May which i agreed to and the device was fitted, however i was unhappy with the device and requested the Early warmining system be put back into my vehicle which was done a day later.
My account was then debited R584 which i queried with their Customer Services which they agreed that it was mistake on their side and promised to reimbursed, i am still waiting.
I then tested the new device on Monday (11 June) with Netstar, i was then told by Netstar that they couldnt pick up the signal from the device fitted. I was then connected to the nearest Fitment Centre who promised to bring a technician to assess my car on Tuesday (12 June). The technician never showed, i was later then called by Fitment Centre to tell me they have done a check and they can detect my device. Why would i feel confident with this kind of service, why would i rely on one source from Netstar when they have failed me many times. Why is netstar bringing incompetent technician to fit devices in our cars? Why dont the same technician do a test on device after installing the device?
I need a speedy solution to this or i walk
