Last year November our vehicle got and I had to cancel my tracking contract with Mix Telematics. The cancellation part of the contract went okay but trying to get a new tracking device installed in our new vehicle have become a BIG headache for us now. Since 12 December we have been contacting Mix Telematics for installation of a new tracking device in our new vehicle but up to date we had no luck. Instead they told us to go to the closest fitment centre for installation but WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT!!! Seeing that the first tracker was installed at my work I don't understand that they want to send me to a fitment centre. The second time I phoned they advised me that they will ask the scheduling centre to phone me and arrange that the tracker will be installed ASAP! Still nothing happened!!! Every time I phone Mix Telematics to enquire when I will get a tracking device fitted they put me through to the scheduling department and I hold for 30 minutes without any assistance. I'm sick and tired of struggling with Mix Telematics to get a tracker installed into my vehicle. I need this sorted out before end of this week otherwise I 'm taking my business to Altech Netstar!
