I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE NETSTAR EARLY WARNING PACKAGE.
THE TELEPHONIC APPLICATION FOR THE PACKAGE WAS VERY WELL CONDUCTED AND EFFICIENT. HOWEVER THE FITMENT CENTRE (EXECUTIVE CAR AUDIO, WESTERN CAPE) HAVE OFFERED VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY. MY FITMENT DATES WAS MIXED UP THREE TIMES AND THUS DELAYED FOR TWO WEEKS AFTER THE ACTUAL AGREED UPON FITMENT DATE.
UPON FITMENT, THE DEVICE REPORTEDLY MALFUNCTIONED. THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT I PICKED UP ON. NO EFFORT WAS MADE BY NETSTAR OR THE FITMENT CENTRE TO CONTACT ME TO TELL ME THIS. AFTER CONTACTING EXECUTIVE CAR AUDIO TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY TRACKER, AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE TO FIX MY TRACKER DEVICE, AN APPOINTMENT WHICH THEY SUBSEQUENTLY MISSED- AND NO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME WAS MADE TO POSTPONE DATES AGAIN. I WORK AS A MEDICAL DOCTOR AND THUS LONG GRUELLING HOURS. SO FINDING FREE SPACES IN MY DAY TO MAKE MY CAR AVAILABLE TO THESE CENTRES (NOW FOR THE FOURTH TIME) IS NOT AN EASY TASK!! NOT TO MENTION THE DISCOURTESY OF NOT CONTACTING ME TO INFORM ME THAT MY APPOINTMENT WOULD BE YET AGAIN POSTPONED AFTER CLEARING MY SCHEDULE FOR THESE FITMENTS.1 MONTH AFTER APPLICATION DATE, I STILL DON'T HAVE A TRACKER FITTED ON MY VEHICLE!!
