A tracking device was installed in my vehicle on 03 December 2013 and up to today 13 December 2013 it is still not activated and working as it should.
I have made numerous calls to the fitment centre but with no joy in getting assisted with my problem.
The fitment centre claims that Altech Netstar is at fault due to a system change.
It is really not my problem if a supplier moved over to a new system. Normal business and assisting clients should continue as normal.
I am going on holiday next week and I am not sure if I have a working tracking device
