I tried testing my device last week Thursday &no signal was picked up. A new one was installed on Friday&still no signal was picked up.another one was installed 2day &still no signal. What now? the emergency centre does not know whats wrong but they the ones testing the device.customer service says the fitment centre must install a new one.the fitment centre installs faulty devices &then their staff (Maggie) gives you attitude.if you want to cancel you must pay a cancellation fee.seriously? and they dont even call you to give feedback, you have to call them&hold for so long.everytime they tell me i must drive the vehicle to test it &everytime i tell them i call when ive already left work.by the time i reach home they still havent called me back.how long does it take to track a vehicle? i need some service guys & a way forward.this is not how you treat customers.
