I had started a contract during the last century with Chubb in my prevous home. The contract was terminated many years ago and the house had been sold subsequently.
Chubb was advised in writing, per telephone and I visited their offices personally to request this to stop.
Yet Chubb continues to debit my bank account for a contract that is no longer valid and for a house I no longer own.
They would stop the debit order after my complaints for a number of months and start it all over again with a different amount on different dates.
This has been going on for over five years.
Please assist.
