You Must Pay to Miss an appointment but they don't

I Purchased a new BMW last week, but 3 days prior i requested a de and re-installation and upgrade into my new car, i paid the R850 fee that was requested, and after about 10 calls to them I finally got a booking for them to do this on Monday 4th Feb, on Monday they didn't show and said it was booked for Tuesday, I requested the voice recording whereby the appointment was made, i am still waiting for that! now Tuesday it was book for 12noon and i had to reschedule my appointments again to accommodate them. the time goes and still there is no technician, Really??? the missed 2 appointments they made with me? i have now had it, i want my money back and will not pay to cancel my contract as i am not in breach of contract they are!!! the service is absolute pathetic! should i not get the above i will take my complaint to the extreme with the Consumer Act and while i am doing so i shall be posting regular post on the terrible service on Facebook, Twitter, Linken, etc! i am also going to contact my local news paper to do a story on Car track and the pathetic service they offe
