After A LOT OF CALLS to get a manager to come and see us due to to there response car never showing up when a panic button was presses while a house breaking hold up, there reason for not sending out is cause the client didnt answer the cellphone after the panic button was pressed, im not sure while being held up at gun point why does adt expect there clients to answer there cellphone before they send out help. so we have been trying to get a manager to come and see us but not one call back for any manager after about call to adt everyday for two months. i urge people stay far away from adt . there is nobody that will assist you.
