I hate the service that we getting from adt from their empty promises. When we took up a contract with them they stated that their response time is 7mnts. Three months ago @ 3am our house in lambton almost gained access when my wife pressed the panic button. Guess what, it took adt abt 30mnts to dispatch somebody and they had promised that they are going to investigate as what had delayed the call and once they are done they will send me the report, till date i'm still waiting.
Today 9 October 2013 @ 7:50 when we all have left for work our child minder pressed the panic button in shock when she saw some guyz damaging the garage door and trying to go in. Adt phones me telling me that somebody pressed the panic button and then i told them to immediately dispatch a guard and i drove like a lunatic, skipped robots and got there before ADT guard was there. I found neighbours trying to calm down our child minder. The guard arrived 30mnts after me. I'm so livered wth adt wil not advise any friends, family or colleagues to take up any contract with them even if it is the most used security company in the area.
