NO RESPONSE FROM PANIC BUTTON&MANAGER BAD ATTITUDE

Last night at 18:30 4 people came into my Spa and tried to rob us. I pressed the panic button and after 5min got no response. I phoned the response nr 0116800025&0116800021 got not answer, I phoned the Durban branch and they gave me the manager's nr.0832975681 I called but got no answer. The manager phoned me back and asked where I got her nr. and said she is on holiday and cant help me. I told her who can help me coz I cant get hold of the patrol or security. She said she will get someone to call me, 5hours later noone came to the shop and noone called me. This morning 09:00 I opened the Spa and phoned 0116800025 and they answred. I spoke to the manger and the manager said they had a problem with lighting and cant help. If the landline isnot working how must we get hold of them, if my clients died last night who would have been responsible? I told him to send a technician and security manager to come see me or phone me. Im still waiting. If noone call me soon to help me I will put them on Hello Peter and in the news paper and he told me Im welcome to do that they dont have a problem with that. Please tell me what company will allow their staff to say this?
