On Friday my husband received a call that our alarm had gone off. We live in Kempton Park and we were in Pretoria, and so we had to rush home to see what was going on... because for Chubb, checking the perimeter means standing in front of my house and declaring that nothing can be done! They don't even wait for us to get there to ensure our safety.
Today, the same thing happens - the alarm goes off at the following times 14h35, 14h41 and 14h43. This still doesn't bring about any concern from the security company that we are paying! I call their 011-761-7000 and I am transferred from pillar to post, all over the place - and I end up not getting any help or explanations as to why no one has told us what is exactly going on - the alarm going off like this could mean a faulty system but why do I need to call and find out from them when they're just sitting there doing nothing?
Then they don't call me on the cellphone, they call me on my work landline! Do I carry my work landline telephone in my pocket?!?
The 4 people I spoke to over the phone have been dismissive of my situation, careless and highly unprofessional! I work in Midrand and live in Kempton Park, how do I fix this?
