The alarm went off at about 7am this morning and Chubb didn't call to find if all was fine, questioning their core service? Then we call them to say there is a problem, we were on hold for hours and they promise to call us back and they never did. We set with an alarm that was making noise for everyone for hours and still no response from CHUBB. How do we continue to be their customers when we know they wont be there when we need them the most. Today showed us when in danger we must not trust that CHUBB will be there. Disgusting service from their stuff at the call centre.
