LACK OF SERVICE /NO ASSISTANCE /INCORRECT BILLING

Terminated service with one months notice. Written confirmation and three telephonic confirmations. No response from ADT 2 months later. No feedback, no call back and bank account is still debited with monthly amount. If you contact their call centre you can be assured that you will stay online for up to 15 minutes before a consultant will assist you.
Very unprofessional service!!!
