Haai now I'm done really

First it was Telkom sevice...

Then it's 8ta...

Now FNB what the more huh nee man now I must close my account with them to nee fock jong.

I called FNB Head Office on Friday 26-07-2013. Spoke to Fiona Letswalo. Ok she Called FNB Boksburg. A lady from FNB Boksburg called me back by the name Jasmin from 011 9179720. Ok I was promised that my R466.50 will be paid back in my account by Saturday 27-07-2013. Till today NOTHING. Ok I called the number 7 times this morning (011 9179720) NOTHING the phone keeps on being dropped in my ear. Then I called FNB Head Office again to speak to Fiona on 0873112111, she is not there for me to speak to her.

OK SO NOW TELL ME WHERE THE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Complain at the head office don't help at all. Maybe the Consumer Protection Department will help me cause now I've had it!!!
It stinks REALLY IT DOES!!!
