I previously had a problem with one of my trucks and I reported it to Kerry from c-track she promised me to get back to me on the problem and it has been three weeks and still no sign of Kerry or her managers and my units on my other vehicle are not updating I was promised by Kerry that she was going to speak to her manager and get back to me and I am still waiting. please don't make the mistake I made and use c-track as they are useless
