Very poor account control

I have been in the phone for half an hour and am getting poor results from date.
I have been sent an account for services that have been paid for and in same account am charged for services done under warranty. With regard to latter the damage was burning of a futon cover by a workmans hot drill. This occurred last year. Adt promised to collect to repair. It has never happened. The email address on the account just received is also incorrect it is given as [Email Removed] All email to this address is returned.
Most worrisome is that some person on one of the lines asked me for a password which I refused to give.
Can you help in getting some good service
