After paying Chubb R4015 in November to install a security camera at my property the company has simply failed to do what it promised. Louis who sold me the system has gone all quiet on me. I was told in November that if I pay immediately, I will have the system installed in a week. Well that never happened and now three months later I still have nada. A date was eventually selected in January, I was given the guarantees that everything was in place. I had a family member drive in from out of town to come and house sit for the day to ensure that Chubb can deliver. They arrived, but did not have their ducks in a row and subsequently left. The installer claimed that Louis will contact me. That did not happen so I contacted Louis a week later to advise them the deal is off. I mean how long do I have to wait. I've demanded my money back by a certain date but Chubb is ignoring me. So folks, this is how they treat existing customers! And I am supposed to trust them with my security?
