Swith of radio on security system

During the first week in July somebody called me from "Chubb" and asked if they could change the radio of our security system. Someone without any identification came the next day but we refused them entry, due to their lack of identification. They had no proof that they were from Chubb.

Two weeks later I contacted Chubb in connection with this issue. I spoke to Yolanda Weber who assured me that the matter would be resolved. A few days later a lady from the Vanderbijlpark office contacted me to make arrangements for a person, which she identified as working for Chubb, to come to my house to change the radio.

I waited the next day but no one came to do the job. Again I had to call Chubb to find out what was going on.

This time I spoke to Rani van Breda, their client liaison manager in Johannesburg, who assured me that she would look into the matter en come back to me.

To this day I am still waiting for Chubb to sort out the matter.

According to Chubb, as from the end of July my radio connection to their security room will not be functional anymore if the radio is not swapped. These are the people we trust with our security.
