LACK OF SIGNBOARD REPAIR

I have called them 3 times over a period of 2 months and asked them to come replace a damaged signboard outside my property. I am still waiting. I was told by the operator that the manager would call me about 3 weeks ago... I am still waiting!

I get their newsletter update saying Dear Valued Customer etc etc... valued customer my! Their service is poor and they are a joke when it comes to the right-hand knowing what the left-hand is doing.
